„Eine Woche Auszeit die Ruhe und Erholung bringt
Die Ausstattung (Gym, 2 Pools, 1 Pool im Inneren, Meerzugang, Restaurants, Spa mit einer kleinen Sauna und Dampfbad) und Veranstaltungen im Hotel, sowie das hervorragende Frühstück und das Personal (insbesondere Eva und Stephanie) waren ganz große Klasse. Der Ausblick aufs Meer direkt vom Zimmer war ein Traum.
Kleine Defekte in den Zimmern, wie Abdichtung der Dusche. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der innere Pool-Bereich etwas besser gereinigt werden sollte, aber alles ok. Minigolfeinrichtung des Partnerhotel gegenüber durften wir auch kostenfrei nutzen - allerdings war das Personal hier eher unfreundlich und der Zustand der Minigolfanlage auch nicht besonders gut. Umso glücklicher waren wir mit unserem Hotel!

„Gepflegtes Hotel - passend für einen Kurzurlaub auf Mallorca unweit von Palma und Flughafen
Das Hotel ist ein riesiger Klotz (eine der Bausünden aus den 80ern) mit 8 Etagen, eingelassen in die Felsenküste. Aber alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schöne Gartenanlage mit 2 Außenpools, sowie einem Spa-Bereich mit kleinem Innenpool. Im Außenbereich gibt es tagsüber eine Poolbar bis 17:00 Uhr und ein Bistro-Restaurant, welches bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Getränkepreise sind Standard und liegen für Cocktails zwischen 10-14€. Der Frühstücksraum- bzw. gleichzeitig das Bufett-Restaurant liegt auf der 7. Etage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Zimmer: Praktikabel und sauber mit Balkon und ebenfalls einem tollen Meerblick. Sehr positiv fand ich auch die Matratzen, überhaupt nicht durchgelegen und weder zu hart, noch zu weich. Personal: Personal (hauptsächlich junge Leute) ist wirklich super nett und sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen. Meine Frau hatte während unseres Aufenthalt Geburtstag. Nach einem kleinen Tipp von mir an der Rezeption, stand eine Flasche Sekt als Geschenk im Zimmer. Es ist auch überhaupt kein Problem nach dem Check-Out (bis 12:00 Uhr am Abreisetag) noch im Hotel zu bleiben (unser Flug ging erst Abends). Es gibt auf jeder Etage extra Dressing-Rooms, wo man dann noch einmal duschen und sich umziehen kann. Essen und Getränke: Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und beim abendlichen Bufett (35€ pro Person) ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Umgebung: Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 KM vom Flughafen entfernt (Taxi-Kosten 38€) Wer zum einem Sandstrand möchte, muss ca. 700m zu einer kleinen Bucht laufen, weitere ca. 200m danach ist noch eine kleine schöne Bucht. Anfang September aber noch sehr voll, da auch viele Einheimische dort verweilen. Fazit: Wer ein kleines, ruhiges und gemütliches Strandhotel sucht, ist im Bonanza sicherlich nicht richtig. Wer aber die Annehmlichkeiten eines großen Hotels mit seinen Pools, Spa, etc. und dem mehr als umfangreichen Frühstück/Abendbufett genießen möchte, der wird sich hier wohlfühlen.
Die Massen beim Frühstück und beim Abend-Bufett, welche aber nun mal der Größe des Hotel geschuldet sind. Wir waren abends lieber in einem der kleinen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das man nicht Draußen frühstücken kann.
